Project Scope: A new 37,000 square foot craft training facility to be located on Prater Road in Calcasieu Parish. The facility will be compromised of craft training focused on millwright, electrical, instrumentation, pipefitting and welding. Classrooms, computer labs, multi-purpose space, and administrative offices are also programmed for the building.

• Pre-Qualification Conference: April 16, 2024 at 10am (222 Walcot Road, Westlake, LA 70669)

• Deadline to Submit Requests for Clarification: April 17, 2024

• Anticipated Response to Requests for Clarification: April 19, 2024

• Final Responses Due: May 1, 2024

• Anticipated Announcement Shortlisted Companies: May 9, 2024
